The Coal Shed, a steak restaurant situated in the vibrant Brighton, is dedicated to serving coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, drawing inspiration from Founder Raz Helalat's Persian heritage by utilizing fire in the cooking process.
Our menu is centered around simplicity: premium quality locally sourced ingredients expertly cooked over coal. Alongside our seasonal a la carte offerings, we present daily sharing specials, an excellent value express lunch menu, and Brighton's beloved Sunday Sharing Roast.
