Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at the Hangleton Manor, a stunning pub in Hove. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running a section, working to precise specifications, and ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to our guests.

Your Responsibilities

  • Run a section in a busy kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and excellent guest experience
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques
  • Contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
