Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, ensuring a seamless service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, adhering to our culinary guidelines.
  • Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
