About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef de Partie to join our team at Ivy Asia. As a Sushi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our guests. You will work closely with our Senior Sushi Sous Chef to ensure that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes to our guests
  • Work closely with our Senior Sushi Sous Chef to ensure that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that our guests receive excellent service
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Sushi Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
