As Healthcare Assistant (HCA) at Band 3 within the Canterbury Primary Care Network (PCN), your role will be crucial in delivering high-quality care to the community.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients in their homes and within community settings.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medication as directed, and providing basic care such as wound dressing and personal hygiene assistance.

The role will be commencing on the ASAP and will be ongoing.
