As a Spanish speaking customer service advisor, you will support the company in achieving its business objectives by delivering professional support, guidance and training to internal and external partners from their central London office.

Description
As a successful Spanish speaking customer service advisor your responsibilities will be:

  • First point of contact for diagnosing and resolving client's technical/support issues
  • First point of contact for supporting other stakeholder groups (facilitators, coaches, suppliers) with technical / support issues
  • Identify and escalate High Priority issues to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of data as specified by corporate policy and legal requirements.
  • Monitor team queue for new issues, and utilise ticket management software to appropriately document issues.
  • Provide input and/or create guiding materials for client administrators / users
  • Set up and administer Technology systems and teach clients how to use them
  • Support European PMO team with ad hoc project tasks

Profile
The successful Spanish speaking customer service advisor will have:

  • English and Spanish
  • Helpdesk or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in working independently or collaborating as part of a dynamic, fastpaced, high performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (facetoface & virtual)
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities, and work under challenging deadlines.
  • Strong internal and external customer service orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills & proven experience in making recommendations and taking action, often in ambiguous situations.
  • Effective problem solver and able to use own initiative
  • High work standards and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams).
