Role Overview:

nWe are seeking an outgoing, talented and experienced Spanish Speaking Programmatic Client Solutions Manager to join our client's established DSP platform solutions team.

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing thier Spanish-speaking clients, driving adoption of new platform functionality, and ensuring client success through effective training, onboarding, and ongoing support.


Key Responsibilities:


Promote the adoption of new platform features and introduce new inventory and data sources to Spanish-speaking clients.nManage day-to-day DSP trading requests from agency partners, ensuring efficient operations.nLead the DSP Customer Training & Onboarding program, facilitating continuous client knowledge growth and support.nFoster trusted relationships with clients and serve as an authority on DSP technology.nCommunicate optimization strategies and performance insights effectively to clients at all levels.nEstablish and share client best practices, recommend tools, and develop scalable processes to enhance customer relationships.nCollaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot client issues and escalate when necessary.


Requirements:


Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.nProven experience in programmatic advertising, preferably within a DSP environment.nStrong understanding of DSP technology, optimization strategies, and performance metrics.nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.nWillingness to travel occasionally and work in a hybrid remote/in-office environment.
