About Our Client:

The company is a highly reputable business within the financial sector that offers bespoke accounting solutions to clients globally.

Known for their fun and vibrant offices, innovative approach to accounting and fantastic service levels the company has built long standing relationships with clients which has seen business grow significantly.

This role is a hybrid working opportunity working 3 days onsite in Derbyshire and 2 days from home.

This role will include:

  • General administrative support to the audit team. This will include but not limited to filing, scanning, maintaining and updating the CRM
  • Offering PA support to the team leader and Director
  • Diary Management, ensuring meetings and other events are up to date in diaries
  • Liaising with other members of the team to provide secretarial support when applicable
  • Updating new business and client contacts and files on the internal system
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all information is up to date

The Successful Applicant:

  • Have previous experience as an Administrator within a fast paced environment
  • Have a proactive approach to work and be a self motivator
  • Have an ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong written communication skills and a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Be IT efficient (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel)
