The administrator works closely with various departments to promote a culture of good governance and ethical business practices
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies.
- Monitor compliance with policies and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes
- Maintain comprehensive records of governance activities, policies, and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to governance committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on matters.
- Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry groups.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
The Candidate:
