**The Project **Administrator** role**

Reporting to the Project Manager/Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team on site. Assisting in the effective management of site based administrative duties. You will be front of house and responsible for providing front end customer service to visitors and staff, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring enquires.

**Your profile**

You will have experience of working in an administration role ideally in the construction industry. The role requires that you are highly organised and self-motivated. You will hold high quality communication skills that enable you to interface between internal departments, clients, internal staff and contractors. Use of 4P or Field View would be an advantage.
