A Global Head of Application Solutions is needed in London or Paris. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of business solutions for various applications, managing solution delivery, production support, and maintenance across all platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure business strategies align with technology needs, drive cost-efficient application delivery, and support transformational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Application Solutions Operating Model strategy in collaboration with internal teams and vendors
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance overall efficiency of the Applications Solutions Operating Model
  • Manage end-to-end application delivery within Applications Solutions for AXA XL
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective project delivery and technical strategy alignment
  • Oversee vendor management to optimize cost efficiency and remove underperforming suppliers
  • Create organizational goals and objectives for Application Solutions
  • Ensure compliance with Information Security policies and standards
  • Control and manage the budget for Application Solutions
  • Share best practices across vendors

The ideal candidate will report to the Chief Information Officer and possess significant IT and business/industry experience, excellent communication skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to lead teams through change and complex problem-solving.
