Sales Administrator at a Successful Manufacturing Business in Leeds
Join our client, a thriving manufacturing company in Leeds. They are looking for a meticulous Sales Administrator to join their team as they continue to expand and achieve success.
As a Sales Administrator, you will have a key role in the daily operations by efficiently handling customer orders with precision.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately
- Enter order information meticulously into the system
- Work with other departments to confirm product availability and delivery times
- Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve issues
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams for timely order fulfilment
- Keep customers updated on order statuses and address any changes professionally
- Resolve order discrepancies and handle customer inquiries promptly
- Maintain detailed records of all order-related activities
Experience required for the role:
- Prior experience in order processing or similar field is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
