Our reception team meet and greet our patients on a daily basis and are the first friendly face to meet our patients.

The post holder is required to provide reception / clerical support ensuring that the professional and caring image of the department is maintained at all times.


The post will involve a combination of patient contact, both directly and over the telephone, consultant and staff enquiries and a range of clerical duties intended to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the departmental systems.
