We are looking for a caring and compassionate Client Care Manager/Head Receptionist to join our friendly team at Easipetcare Derby.

Hours and Package

**Salary**: up to £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience

, permanent

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days

Monday to Friday; Shift pattern between 8am-6:30pm

Saturdays 9am-12:30pm and bank holidays on a rota basis

No on call or Out of Hours work
- People management; This will include leading and managing the reception team and their performance, supporting team development, and related administration
- Client care; This will include actively working on reception interacting with clients, implementing and managing protocols that ensure exceptional client care, and managing client complaints alongside the Practice Principal
- Financial; This will include effective management of debt, oversee processing of insurance forms, healthcare plan home deliveries and banking
- Operational management; ensure effective day to day running of the practice, reacting to problems as they occur with the support of the Head Nurse and Practice Principal, diary management and working towards targets set by the business

Our practice offers a full range of first opinion services as well as orthopaedic work, with a large client base. We are well equipped with 4 consultation rooms, large open reception area, theatre and preparation room, imaging room, in house lab and wards for kennels, cattery and isolation.

Our team of 3 receptionists, 2 RVNs, 2 SVNs and 1 ANA work hard to ensure we provide outstanding care and service for the pets and their owners.
