Role:
Robot Biscuit Decorator

Shift:

  • Night Shift
  • Monday to Friday
- working the hours 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Salary:
£13.20 per hour starting salary with the potential to increase to £14.49 once signed off as fully trained Robot Operative.

  • Managing full operation of the decorating robot and associated process
  • Filling/refill robot with icing, change icing as required
  • Setting appropriate programme for robot production
  • Strip robot for cleaning and reassembly of robot
  • Icing on biscuits / decorating products via visual samples. (full training and sign off will be given on icing process).
  • Ensure quality checks are completed and standards are met.
  • Ensuring that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met.
  • Work station paperwork completed daily.
  • Keep work station and area clean and tidy. "Clean as you go "during the shift.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication and listening skills.
  • Numeracy skills.
  • Good organisation and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and self motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Experience in cake crafting and baking would be advantageous and /or skills in art/drawing.
  • Previous experience in working within food production would be advantageous.
