**Role**: Biscuit Decorator

**Shift**: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week - flexible on hours)

**Salary**: £11.70 per hour starting salary with the potential to increase to £12.99 once fully trained Decorator achieving targets.

- Icing on biscuits / Decorating products via visual samples.
- Sugar pasting - feeding through the sugar paste machine. The sugar paste is then applied to the biscuit.
- Ensure quality checks are completed and standards are met. Report non-conforming products to the Team Leader.
- Work station paperwork completed daily.
- Ensuring that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met.
- Keep work station and area clean and tidy. “Clean as you go “during the day.
- Completion of production paperwork.
- Assisting with the Robot Decorating machines as required.

**Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
- Previous expereince of working in a food production/manufacturing environment along with basic health and safety and food hygience knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
