Enabling a smooth transition for customers, visitors and contractors upon arrival at Front of House, whilst ensuring company security and H&S procedures are followed.
Answering calls into the switchboard and providing administrative support across the business.__Main duties:
_
- _Delivery of high quality front of house service, receiving visitors, including preparation of visitors & contractors badges prior to arrival based on visitors forms submitted in advance by employees._
- _ Daily administration of the access control system, added new starters, making adjustments to existing access profiles for staff as and when requested, administration of leavers to the company on the system_
- _ Answering telephone calls in a professional and timely manner, ordering stationery, booking taxis and assisting the facilities team as requested_
- _ First point of contact for New Starters to the company, preparing access control badges, taking photographs on arrival and ensuring ID is provided in accordance with company security procedures._
- _ Administration of Fleet car booking requests, driver DVLA checks and management of the authorised driver data base._
- _ Ensuring adherence to security procedures for visitors, contractors and employees, assisting the Security Manager with employee DBS checks_
- _ Processing requests for off site archiving, arranging collection of boxes and managing existing archive boxes in line with disposal review dates._
- Provide full range of administrative assistance to support the R&D Department. This includes ownership of departmental Purchase Orders raising, tracking, receiving, liaising with Finance Team, Suppliers as required.
- National and international travel planning / booking
- C_onsolidation of performance metrics and publishing to SharePoint_
