As a Sales Enablement Business Partner, your main focus will be enhancing productivity within EMEA and the regional sales teams you work closely with.


Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with senior leadership in EMEA South sales to outline and implement strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
- Advocating for and assisting sales activities through a value-centric approach and MEDDIC methodology, ensuring they align with our established sales procedures.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement, design initiatives, and see them through to completion.
- Developing expert knowledge of our sales procedures, tools, techniques, and products to offer guidance and assistance to the sales team.
- Assisting in sales process activities at every stage of the sales journey.
- juggling multiple enablement requests and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Around 5 to 7 years of experience in SaaS Sales Enablement, with a background in Sales/Sales support.
- Familiarity with value selling and MEDDIC.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- A sales-centric approach to sales enablement.
- The capability to simplify, summarize, and effectively communicate intricate concepts and business value, understanding how sales professionals think, work, and absorb information. They should possess strong problem-solving skills along with a high degree of creativity and analytical capability.
- The capacity to handle numerous projects simultaneously to guarantee timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Adaptability and the ability to manage varying demands, changing priorities, and rapid shifts.
- Resourcefulness and a proven track record of effectively delivering results with minimal supervision.
