We're seeking an office-based Account Manager for our existing accounts whoalso has the ability to generate new business. We're a company that values and rewards its employees with regular incentives and an uncapped commission structure.

Internal Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Expanding our service offering to current customers by promoting additional services we offer that they don't currently use, or are not aware of
  • Outbound cold calls to generate your own customer network
  • Dealing with queries and issues from current customers
  • Recording communication in the company CRM
  • Creating user guides for customers
  • Working to KPIs

Internal Account Manager Requirements:

  • Previous account management and/or telesales experience preferred
  • Selfmotivated and resilient
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proactive with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
  • Good team player
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Computer literate
