  • What you'll be responsible for:

    • Product Development: Supervising the creation of new products and improvements to existing ones to satisfy the evolving requirements of the local government market.
    • Revenue Maximization: Concentrating on maximizing revenue through efficient product management, including pricing tactics and identifying new market possibilities.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Cooperating with internal teams, local government customers, and external partners to provide products that adhere to user demands and regulatory criteria.
    • Market Analysis: Executing market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory modifications that could influence the product range.

  • Proven experience in product management or within the local government.
  • In-depth knowledge of local government operations, particularly in revenue collection and benefits administration.
  • Strong leadership qualities to lead cross-functional teams and ensure product success.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities to manage relationships with stakeholders and articulate product value propositions.
  • The knack for analyzing market data and financial details to make well-grounded decisions.
  • Solid grasp of digital technologies and their application in service provision.
  • The capacity for creative thinking to leverage digital solutions for product enhancement and new service creation.
  • Proficiency in handling intricate digital transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for client interactions.
