My client is an award winning, Legal 500 ranked, full-service law firm offering legal advice to UK and international businesses as well as individuals and families.
Their Corporate & Commercial Department is listed in the Legal 500 for the Thames Valley and is at the heart of the firm's ambitious growth plans having achieved double percentage growth over the last 8 years.
Within this department they have a new vacancyfor a Paralegal to join their corporate department and assist the Corporate Governance team.
In this role you will act as an administrator for the firm's registered office / SAIL address service, carry out company and completion searches, provide advice and assistance to property management companies and work on the handover of these, provide assistancewith statutory register write ups, Companies House filings, provide due diligence assistance and run data rooms for corporate transactions to the department, assist with providing corporate governance support for corporate transactions including organizingDocuSign signatures.
