Leading National Law Firm looking for an Inhouse Commercial & Regulatory Counsel in Surrey.

My client is a leading Legal 500 firm with multiple offices across the country
**Your new role**
- Providing legal advice to the internal Compliance Team on legal and regulatory matters related to the firm, including in relation to SRA and GDPR matters.
- Managing and advising upon regulatory feedback.
- Reviewing and negotiating procurement contracts and supplier agreement
- Data protection analysis on suppliers, services and products.
- Maintaining the firm's legal documentation (e.g. procurement processes and templates, privacy policies, contract database etc).

**What you'll need to succeed**
- The role will be suitable for lawyers, Inhouse Counsel or Paralegal with solid commercial and regulatory desk experience in England & Wales
- Academic Qualifications and experiences from Legal 500 firm will be highly preferred
- At least 3 years PQE in Commercial and Regulatory Law

**What you'll get in return**
Open to Full Time or Part-time, need to be in Camberley office at least 4 days a week, no billing target, up to 45k-55k (depends on qualification and experience) plus 15% bonus depends on the performance
