Responsibilities:

  • Releasing of Internet customer orders and Retail store orders and into the WMS systems
  • Liaising with the operational teams in each functional area of the DC to achieve service level agreements and fulfilment targets
  • Champion fulfilment for automated pick areas including system configuration and parameters
  • Ensuring aged and outstanding picks are minimised
  • Effective handovers to oncoming team
  • Identifying fulfilment improvement opportunities

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills, both written & verbal
  • PC literate, with the ability & willingness to learn & become expert in new systems
  • Warehouse Management system use
  • Experience of largescale operations
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues & stakeholders
  • Able to influence and also work as a team

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience within an automated distribution centre or similar site
  • Matflo WMS and/or PSB Selektron Warehouse Management Systems
  • Use of handheld radios
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Wave planning
