**Responsibilities**:

- Releasing of Internet customer orders and Retail store orders and into the WMS systems
- Liaising with the operational teams in each functional area of the DC to achieve service level agreements and fulfilment targets
- Champion fulfilment for automated pick areas - including system configuration and parameters
- Ensuring aged and outstanding picks are minimised
- Effective handovers to oncoming team
- Identifying fulfilment improvement opportunities

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills, both written & verbal
- PC literate, with the ability & willingness to learn & become expert in new systems
- Warehouse Management system use
- Experience of large-scale operations
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues & stakeholders
- Able to influence and also work as a team

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Experience within an automated distribution centre or similar site
- Matflo WMS and/or PSB Selektron Warehouse Management Systems
- Use of handheld radios
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Wave planning
