Role Overview
Trigon Recruitment are exclusively recruiting for an Employment Coach to work for a leading National Charity.

This is a great opportunity to work for a leading 3rd sector organisation who deliver multiple contracts in both employability and skills.


Role Responsibilities

  • Working closely with IAG and training teams to support pre release prisoners move into Hospitality Apprenticeships or Employment
  • Delivering employability support, job search, CV writing, confidence building and interview techniques
  • Sourcing quality roles for prisoners to work in upon release
  • Linking with training providers to source Apprenticeship opportunities
  • 121 support with prisoners
  • Experience of working in an sales or similar role engaging employers and Independent Training Providers
  • You will have the ability to engage senior decision makers to source vacancies including apprenticeship standards
  • Experience of working to targets and quality standards in employability sector
  • Motivating, inspiring and enthusing clients/customers to progress into great jobs
  • The ability to multitask and manage a diverse case load of clients or customers
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • A tenacious approach and an understanding of how employers recruit and select based on talent
  • Good administration, IT and organisational skills with good experience of using
  • MS office software and management information systems.
  • Be a driver and have access to a vehicle
