Role Summary:

The Teams Co-ordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to different areas from the business which include the Board, Senior Leadership Team, Senior Management Team and larger commercial team (30+ members)

Key Responsibilities*As the Team Co-ordinator, you'll support three main areas:(1)

The Senior Management Team (SMT):

support the four SMT members:

  • Senior Head of Operations, Senior Head of Technology, Senior Head of Bespoke and New Schemes and Senior Head of Development with:
  • Diary & inbox management,
  • Organisation of team meetings and room bookings
  • Assisting with the Heads of Team meetings and associated trainings/workshops
  • Supporting the SMT so they are prepared for meetings
  • Advising SMT of impending deadlines or other priorities/conflicts
  • Advising on events affecting their team such as anniversaries, leaving dates or other life events
  • Arranging meetings with government and other senior stakeholders
(2)The Commercial delivery side of the business (Scheme Delivery Team) supporting a team of [30+ people] to:

  • Manage the all-team meeting and arrange room bookings and room facilities as required

This includes:

  • Maintain the forward look/agenda and contribute ideas for improvements
  • Prepare the meeting packs/presentations, and ensure documents are shared in advance
  • Attend the meeting to ensure they run on time, take minutes and actions
  • Arrange site visits with renewable energy generators, conferences and events including travel and accommodation
  • Manage team and selected guest attendance at third party and internal events
  • Organise team initiatives
  • Organise the annual generator engagement calls and provide support with annual surveys
  • Identify and implement ideas to create efficiencies
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required

The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Board:

supporting the Executive Assistant and Company Secretary to work on high level coordination issues with six SLT members and a further eight Board members.


Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least 2 years' experience in a supporting and coordinating multiple teams including diary management
  • Able to manage a large team of stakeholders with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner
  • Able to work independently, ability to work and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders and the ability to plan events (e.g. company away day and team activities)
  • A proven track record of providing support and building strong working relationships internally and externally, at all levels
  • Excellent IT Skills including Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

About Low Carbon Contracts Company

The Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) exists to help decarbonise the generation of electricity and make it more affordable for the future.

Our work is central to the delivery of the Government's objective to achieve Net Zero target by 2050.


LCCC's main responsibility, amongst many, is managing the
Contracts for Difference (CfDs) scheme which are agreements LCCC has made with renewable generators.
