We have hours available for a Flexible temporary Worker.

The assignment is for a Full time Gatehouse Security Officer working at a site in Inverurie, AB51 area.**
On average 60 hours per week. Monday to Saturday 06.30 am pm.

Pay rate:
£12.00 per hour. Weekly pay.


This allows you to:

  • Full PAYE status (still allows Tax Credits/SSP etc)
  • Remain eligible for SSP/SMP
  • Weekly pay every Friday
  • Holiday pay
  • Job flexibility allowing you to be registered with more than one company

  • NEST (Automatically enrolled if eligible one month opt out period)

Main Duties:

Manage the gatehouse and control access and egress of all vehicles and pedestrians to site ensuring all documentation, policies and procedures are followed.


Position - Skill Base Requirements

A valid SIA licence
A full five year checkable employment history
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Surveillance skills
Excellent communication skills are required both written and verbal
Have a good level of judgement professionalism
IT skills

Book on/off and make safety calls at an agreed frequency - Be aware of life safety systems & safe to work procedures e.g.

alarms, first aid, fire doors clear, react and support swiftly - Make safe, calm and controlled decisions - Record & escalate appropriately.

Assignment Instructions (AIs)

How to Achieve Success:
Content awareness including, breaks & welfare, personal mobile phone & headset use, smoking policy, risk assessment & crisis management.

General Responsibilities

Access & egress control - CCTV monitoring - Key control - Site patrols, checks & lockdowns - Equipment use and maintenance - Maintain a daily log book - Arrest & Search (must be aware of policies) - Administration

You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately.

You will receive your pay weekly on a Friday from Brooklands PM (PSP) Payroll Services Provider.


You will not be working for Kingdom Service Group directly, although will have the opportunity to request your temporary agreement to be transferred to a Kingdom Contract in the future.
