Reward Equity & Incentives Manager / Senior Manager

About the company: A leading company in the field of compensation and incentives is looking for a talented professional to join their team as a Reward Equity & Incentives Manager / Senior Manager.

Job Type:

  • Location: Remote Role (UK Wide)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Leading a team of experienced reward equity professionals
  • Advising business leaders on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation
  • Process design and documentation
  • Payroll compliance for internationally mobile individuals
  • Providing expert advice on global tax compliance strategies
  • Preparing global payroll reports
  • Ensuring clients meet reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards
Additional global mobility, compensation, payroll, and taxation experience is highly desirable.
Previous people management experience would be beneficial.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills are essential for this role, as you'll need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
