Job Description

As the Director, Global Reward and Benefits you will be responsible for developing the Company's Reward and Benefits strategy and processes to ensure they reflect the competitive, market relevant and globally consistent.

The role will have a focus on both compensation and benefits, ensuring the offerings are aligned to the strategic direction of the Company and provides value for both our employees and the Company.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Reward and HR Operations, this is an amazing opportunity to support the further development of the Reward and Benefits team in a unique and fast paced organisation. This is a newly created role in order to meet the demands of an organisation which is continuing to grow and expand into new territories.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and develop a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Further develop and manage the annual pay review cycle, ensuring that pay decisions are fair, consistent, and in line with market trends.

Refine pay frameworks to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and support the attraction and retention of top talent.

Control the reward and benefits budget, ensuring that costs are managed effectively. Working with our Finance team to provide greater insights on pay movements versus budget.

Oversee executive remuneration, ensuring that packages are competitive and aligned with company performance.

Act as the subject matter expect on compensation and benefit related queries and work with the wider HR team in further developing benefits awareness and understanding.
Support Reward and Benefits team with administration and reporting (Annual Salary Review, Bonus, Benefits administration, Benchmarking)Advise HR leads and leadership on their reward and benefit challenges in relation to our business/people strategy.Work with other teams and functions in support of companywide initiatives and projects
