Position Summary


The Rooms Office Coordinator is responsible for performing highly diversified duties in order to maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Provides consistently high standard of administrative support to both Font Office and Housekeeping departments.

As a Rooms Office Coordinator, you will be communicating with colleagues and the wider hotel teams at St Pancras to support the performance of the Room Operations teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and maintain computer
- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.

  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
  • Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
  • Speak to guests and coworkers using clear, appropriate and professional language.
  • Attend and actively participate in all required training sessions including shift briefings. There will be regular knowledge tests to be sure your knowledge is where it needs to be in a fivestar environment.
  • Work as a strong and committed team member and colleague, as well as proactively nurture all relationships.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
