Synchro are proud to be partnering with a well-known organisation who are actively seeking to hire a Data Reporting Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
About The Role
To support our growing business, we have an opportunity for a Reporting Manager to join initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting Design: Collaborate with Transition Workstream Leads and the customer to design and build reports in line with service KPIs and customer governance frameworks.
- Documentation: Document new reporting requirements and ensure they are understood and implemented by all stakeholders.
- Operational Reporting: Assist in capturing operational reporting requirements to ensure contractual compliance.
- Improvement Opportunities: Identify and feed improvement opportunities into the appropriate team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Gather, understand, and cater to reporting requirements from key stakeholders.
- Development: Continuously review and develop the reporting suite to meet business needs.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties to ensure ORT targets are met.
Key Competencies / Experience
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work closely with colleagues, clients, and suppliers at all levels.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- ITSM Knowledge: Understanding of ITSM processes and systems.
- Salesforce and Reporting Tools: Experience with Salesforce and tools like Microsoft Power BI or Business Objects.
- Reporting Development: Experience in reporting development and governance modeling.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage key business and IT stakeholders.
- Presentation Skills: Confident in giving presentations and facilitating workshops.
