About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence by leveraging your data insights and reporting expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reports on key business metrics
- Calculate profit/loss for service activities and provide actionable insights
- Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP/CRM systems and data management
- Design and develop automations using Power Automate to streamline business processes
- Assist with sales commission calculations and ad-hoc reporting to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 12-18 months of business experience with a strong analytical background
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with experience in data processing and tools like SAP and Power Automate
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
