Senior Care Assistant Position at Limefield Court Care Home in Bury

Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
  • Provide assistance with daily activities and personal care
  • Administer medications and lead the care team
  • Utilize Dementia Techniques for Care Assistant role

Requirements:

  • Caring and compassionate attitude
  • Effective communication skills
  • Level 3 diploma in health and social care preferred
  • Medication administration training and experience required
  • Flexible working hours
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential care for Senior position
  • NVQ level 3 or higher in Health and social care for Senior position
