During your apprenticeship journey, you will experience a variety of roles, allowing you to gain valuable insight into how Red Rose Care operates.

You will visit our wonderful clients, taking time to get to know them, building trust and relationships, whilst providing much needed care and support.

You will work alongside our fantastic team members, shadowing them in their roles, gaining an understanding of what it takes to provide care in the community.

You will also be learning the ropes in the office, gaining an understanding into what goes on in the background, to ensure our care team members and clients receive the support they need.
