Company Secretarial Assistant

This global insurance group is now seeking to recruit some interim support at Company Secretarial Assistant level.
The role will be offered initially on a six month fixed term contract basis with the possibility of being extended.
The role will have a significant focus on entity management and so solid experience in this area will be essential - it would be ideal if you have experience of Diligent Entities.
The responsibilities will of course extend beyond this area to include board and committee support as well as the opportunity to gain live minuting experience.
Experience of working within a financial services environment (especially insurance) would be preferable but not essential.This role and company offers exceptional flexibility when it comes to hybrid working/working from home.
With offices in London and Bristol, you'd ideally be spending 1-2 days per week in the office and the rest of the time home working/remote.
The start date is yet to be confirmed but you'll need to be immediately available for a start date in July.
