You will be working with our customers to support them and their employees when using our online training courses and compliance platform.

In addition, you will be supporting the Account Managers with processing orders and helping with customer enquiries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing new and existing customers with excellent customer service and support during and after the sales process.
  • Provide first line support for customers who are using the platform and courses.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of working within a customerfocused role
  • Excellent communicator with a positive attitude
  • A friendly and approachable telephone manner
  • Be able to use Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel
  • Be selfmotivated and well organised
  • Be confident in making and receiving telephone calls.
