Community Alarm Service Support Officer

Key Accountabilities
- Conducting support visits and reviews in line with service agreement between Rykneld Homes and the customer.
- Referrals to Adult Care services, Fire Service, General Practices and other agencies
- Addressing welfare and safety concerns through signposting to other support agencies
- Installation of Community Alarm Service equipment for new and existing customers
- Completion of associated administration tasks related to the role and the wider Regeneration Team where required
Job Types:
