Key Accountabilities

  • Conducting support visits and reviews in line with service agreement between Rykneld Homes and the customer.
  • Referrals to Adult Care services, Fire Service, General Practices and other agencies
  • Addressing welfare and safety concerns through signposting to other support agencies
  • Installation of Community Alarm Service equipment for new and existing customers
  • Completion of associated administration tasks related to the role and the wider Regeneration Team where required

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
