Office Support Apprentice

Our client is seeking a motivated Office Support Apprentice to join the team If you are someone who is looking to join a dynamic and growing team within the windows and doors industry, then this could be right for you.
The company are green and renewable energy specialists who make a missive difference to the world and our community.They're passionate and committed to enabling homeowners to reduce their carbon footprint, insulate their homes and create their own green forms of energy and they realise the importance of saving money in this day and age They take a very different approach to other green energy companies when it comes to saving money and increasing energy efficiency.
You will have an opportunity to study an apprenticeship with QA. Along with this, enjoy being part of a great team with a mix of age and experience.You will be provided with in house training, a mentor to guide you along the way, and always have the opportunity to further your learning with additional training courses or educational opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Use of internal CRM systems
- Eworks Manager and Corelogic (You will be trained)
- Arranging quotes and updating notes within CRM system
- Scheduling and booking appointments within different parts of sales cycle
- Digital compliance checks
- General office tasks

Salary:
£21,840 per annum
Working week:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do.
They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
