Role Overview
As FM Manager, you will pro-actively support the Customer Service/Help Desk Manager, Operations Manager and SMT with escalated issues, working closely with sub-contractors and the supply chain to resolve outstanding issues and manage a variety of works andprojects.
You will ideally have previous experience and strong understanding of sub-contractors and supply chain management to be able to effectively support the business and work flow effectively.
An understanding of accreditation's such as Safe Contractoris preferential but not essential.Key Responsibilities
- To be a key member of a high achieving operational team
- Manage both planned and reactive tasks though the CAFM system, ensuring that asset data and requirements are accurate ensuring compliance with contract and legislative requirements.
- Manage and coordinate the service team to always ensure contract compliance, ensuring all employees continuously strive for improvement.
- Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Client and Management Team confirming compliance with the requirements of the contract
- To manage the deployment team to ensure contract compliance of service levels
- To be responsible for the billing procedures and the monitoring of supplier costs
- Sourcing subcontractors and managing the supply chain to be able to bring escalated works and issues to a fast resolution
- To procure new trade suppliers to assist in the service delivery standards
- Have a good understanding of excellent service delivery and positive client journey
- To manage the H&S requirements for the company
Demonstrate positive company behaviours such as, but not limited to:
- Experience of working in facilities or commercial FM role
- Experience and understanding of managing subcontractors and supply chain management
- Knowledge of H&S systems and a working understanding of accreditation's such as Safe Contractor is preferential but not essential
- A strong sense of urgency
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Good memory
- Enjoy a challenge
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work manage direct reports as well as work on own initiative and as a part of a team
