Reporting to the Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, the Principal DE&I Specialist will employ best practices to administer and oversee regional DE&I programming across our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) operations, in line with the company's commitment to advancing its Global DE&I Purpose, objectives and strategy across the business.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative strategies to advance the organization's diversity, equity and inclusion goals.
  • Partners with functional leaders (Talent Acquisition, Talent & Organizational Development, Communications, etc.), and other key stakeholders to assess opportunities, create DE&I strategies and action plans, and drive execution through coaching, consulting and partnership.
  • Reviews current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the
- company's diversity, equity and inclusion goals.

  • Collects and analyzes data to evaluate the company's population and provide recommendations for improving talent underrepresentation in accordance with global diversity, equity and inclusion standards and goals.
  • Drafts and implements recruiting and hiring strategies in partnership with human resources to attract employees from diverse backgrounds.
  • Develops and administers learning and development opportunities to support education and awareness initiatives across a broad scope of DE&I issues including, but not limited to, inclusive leadership, implicit bias, intercultural awareness, gender diversity, disability inclusion and optimizing a multigenerational workforce.
  • Maintains global, regional and local knowledge of DE&Irelated issues, legislation, and best practices.
  • Promotes internal and external awareness and visibility of DE&I initiatives in partnership with Communications and Marketing.
  • Maintains oversight and administration of regional Employee Resource Groups.
  • Leverages regional strategic partners as appropriate to further DE&I goals and objectives.
  • Supports the Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in development and implementation of annual strategic plans and budgets

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Minimum of 35 years' experience in DE&I, Human Resources or related field.
  • DE&I Certification/Specialization is preferred.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of DE&I initiatives
  • Employee Resource Group leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience in instructional design and training facilitation/delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Position requires working in a handson, projectdriven environment
  • Excellent assessment and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and within a collaborative teamoriented environment using sound judgement in decisionmaking
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment (Adaptability and flexibility are essential skills)
