**Job Description

  • What you'll do**Operationally manage the activities of the APML Toll refining desk which include:
  • Agreeing on delivery schedules with concentrate supplier s and toll refiners.
  • Administering Toll refining Contracts
  • Agreeing and exchanging Assays o Administering of pricing of saleable metals
  • Accounting for returnable metals
  • Handling and checking purchase confirmations
  • Managing the metal accounting and stock database
  • Checking and approving invoices
  • Supplying data to Finance & Metal accounting for reporting
  • Managing, in conjunction with the commercial team, the daytoday relationship with our tolling companies
  • Suggesting and implementing efficiency and accuracy improvements in the above process


In collaboration with the Commercial Strategy and APML team support the development of further knowledge of the precious metals refining space and contribute as appropriate to commercial strategy formation in this space.

  • Degree in Business, Economics or Technical area
  • Interest in and understanding of Commodity Markets
  • Competent across the range of tools and frameworks of basic financial analysis
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Expert skills with standard analytical software and tools
  • Good conceptual grasp of complexity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good English verbal and written communications skills
