MMK Nutri-Health Limited is a small business in Kingston Upon Thames.
Our goal is to Based in Kingston Upon Thames we are one of the top 20 Sales Dealerships in the UK for an American corporation distributing a unique kitchen product.
We now need a Customer Relations Management Administrator to help continue our expansion plans for 2023 and beyond.You have a Customer Relations background and should feel comfortable dealing with enthusiastic salespeople and customer queries on a daily basis.
You must be PC literate, numerate and 'detail' minded. A pleasant telephone manner is essential, as well as the ability to work independently without direct supervision. We offer full training, a great working atmosphere and opportunity for career advancement.This is a full-time position but flexibility is key and will only suit someone who likes to 'get the job done'..
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions and inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and management.
- Coordinate service calls.
- Document details about incident resolutions in a database for reporting purposes.
- Handle sensitive customer issues.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus

- Kingston Upon Thames: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
