About Us


Located in the picturesque town of Pitlochry at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands, Saorsa 1875 is the UK's first 100% plant-based hotel.


Housed in a 19th-century baronial building, we have 11 guest bedrooms, a cosy bar and lounge, an on-site restaurant, a purpose-built yoga yurt, and two acres of wooded grounds.

Everything in the hotel, from staff uniforms to the food we serve, is completely vegan and cruelty-free.

The Role
We are looking for a new member of the Front of House team. This role has potential management opportunities.


Experience in hospitality is desirable but if you have good transferable skills, a friendly personality, and are keen to learn, we'd be happy to hear from you.

Our shifts are typically 7:30am - 3.30pm or 3pm - 11pm. Please note that your shift pattern will depend on the business needs.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Must be able to work well within a small team
  • Must be able to work quickly without compromising quality
  • Must be comfortable with dogs (we are a dogfriendly hotel)
  • You do not need to be vegan, but we would like someone who is 'plantcurious'
