Today Team are a business-to-business urgent delivery company based in Warrington WA3.


We started life in 2005 with a Princes Trust loan and one van, today we are the courier service of choice within Warrington and surrounding areas.


We've had a great journey over the last 18 years with continued growth and we have a vision to grow the business further across the Northwest and beyond.

Because of this, we have an opportunity for someone to join our Logistics Team.

This is a rewarding, hands on role, it's a fast-paced environment where priorities can change minute on minute.

You will be responsible for the entry of customer orders onto our transport management system from both inbound calls and info inbox.

Professionally liaise with the Logistics team to ensure specifics of each job is communicated to meet customer service expectations. Build relationships with customers, promptly providing support and escalate any reported issues to the Logistics Team Manager.

Review Outstanding customer purchase orders and send PO requests to relevant customers, ensuring the outstanding list is kept to a minimum.

Review supplier PODs to ensure of satisfactory quality, communicating any unsatisfactory PODs to the supplier outlining the minimum requirements for acceptance has not been met.

Update and cleanse TMS, ensuring all customer pop-up data is up to date for new/regular clients, deleting duplicated addresses.


You'll ideally be a resilient, self-starter who is a team player, willing to be flexible and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

Some form of work experience would be beneficial as well as good communication skills both verbal and written.


Today Team operate from our head office near Culcheth, which provide a comfortable working environment with free parking on site.
