Job Title: Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager who is passionate about quality care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
The ideal candidate will lead a team to support service users to live independently while ensuring a high standard of care.
In this role, you will earn a competitive salary of up to £40,000.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably within Learning Disabilities
- Hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Demonstrated strong staff management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Must possess enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding results and deliver top-quality person-centered care
