We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve Outstanding ratings and deliver exceptional care
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care qualification
- Strong staff management skills and ability to lead a team
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding ratings and deliver exceptional care
