Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the York area.

Our service provides care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification
  • Experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans
