Hotel Security Officer

You will join an existing security team who cover days and will be responsible for the security of the sites.

Shift times are
09:00AM- 21:00PM. Working a 4 on 4 off rota including weekends.


In the role you'll be responsible for providing first contact and safeguarding clients during your shift, including being first point of contact in an emergency.

You'll undertake regular health and safety / maintenance checks on patrols and monitor the CCTV system.

You will also have responsibility for maintaining a full and accurate log of events, reporting on incidents and any maintenance issues.


As such, we require someone who has good communication skills and an understanding of the issues that affect vulnerable clients.

You will need to be able to interact in a positive and friendly manner with people with mental health needs.


You should have the ability to use your initiative; to identify the appropriate action to take in various situations and confidence to call the appropriate help/assistance as required.


You'll also be expected to be punctual, vigilant, awake and alert, at all times during your shift and act with integrity, within our policies and procedures.

Full support and training is available.

Although primarily based at this site, the company has sites and offices across the county and ability to drive and own a vehicle would be a distinct plus.
