Join Our Team as a Land & New Homes Manager

As a Land & New Homes Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, arranging meetings with potential clients, and seizing chances to pitch for and secure new homes sales business. Your tasks will involve:

  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and discussing available opportunities
  • Producing and delivering formal pitches to win sales business
  • Completing compliance and paperwork post winning instructions to take units to market
  • Generating sales of Land with development potential
  • Supporting branch teams in winning small scale new homes projects
  • Managing the delivery of new homes contracts and marketing materials

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced estate agent at Branch Manager level, with a solid track record of success and team development. Full training, support, and mentoring will be provided by senior team members. Initially based in or around Devon, you will work closely with branch teams in the South West. Your role will also involve meetings and motivational visits, as well as managing client expectations.
