Job Summary:

Tdm Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new land opportunities to support the company's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Land Sourcing: Meet with and develop relationships with agents and land owners to identify new land acquisition opportunities.
  • Deal Negotiation: Drive deals through the acquisition process, working closely with the Land Director and other stakeholders.
  • Site Management: Work with the Land Director to manage existing opportunities and sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and functions to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in land acquisition and development.
  • Strong relationships with agents and land owners.
  • Ability to negotiate and drive deals forward.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of circa £50k - £65k plus package, working for a leading developer in the South West region.
